Wow! Did I just see Noah float by? I know this is not possible because of the covenant He has made with us as His children. Thank God for the rainbow! We are quickly headed into the month of October. This month is going to be focused on what we are calling 1of500.com. We are going to strive to have 500 in Sunday School the morning of November 1st. This is the day that time changes and we all get an extra hour of sleep–praise the Lord! Here is what I want to know from you? Do you believe it can be done? 500 in Sunday School? How can we do it? How can we do it? First and foremost we must pray believing that God is in control. While we always say pray, we must all be real with ourselves, and examine our prayer life. Prayer is our “phone line” to talk with our Father. Second, each and every member must support our pastor’s leadership-meaning that we must have the desire to show up ready to worship. We should not have to decide wether or not we will be a part. Third, like the others have posted, we must invite! If we pray, participate, and invite we can see far more than 500! Yes, I know this can happen if we allow God the control and the glory.

Well that comment just made my day. Donna thank you for saying all of that. Your so right and I needed to hear that today. Oh what God could do if we all done those things. I am getting ready for a wonderful time at Church. I love my Church and appreciate my Pastor and his leadership so much.
